Davis Square is very festive this time of year. Our neighbors' houses are lit up like a scene from a National Lampoons movie, and music blares from loudspeakers, from James Brown to the Chipmunks. The only problem is that it's hard to get to sleep at night when you turn the lights out and your house still glows from the thousands of kilowatts right outside your window. (as seen on Boston.com)
