The project consists of a complex of five buildings, three residential buildings (independent and assisted living units) surrounding and linked to a central commons building and a fitness center. Entering the project before bid documents were due, I helped to complete CD’s with a 5-person team, after which I was the only team member selected to remain on for value engineering changes, millwork and tile mural designs, fitness center design from schematic through construction. I also acted as assistant to the project manager for the construction administration, including preparing ASI’s, sketches and reviewing shop drawings.
